Joe comes from a Colombian background, both parents immigrating from the coastal city of Barranquilla, Colombia, was born and raised in North Jersey 15 minutes outside of New York City. Here is where he learned his love for Food and Culture with all that the NYC area has to offer. Joe has studied Culinary arts for 5 years and Hospitality management at Johnson & Wales University and has worked in the Food & Beverage Industry for over 12 years in different roles as Catering Director, F&B Director and more!
Rob Falquez| Co-Founder/Director of Sales
Rob, also coming from a Colombian background as Rob is cousins with Joe and Dave Barrena, graduated from Johnson & Wales University where he studied Culinary Arts. Rob has over 13 years experience in the Food & Beverage industry working in various kitchens and restaurants in the Philadelphia and NYC area.

Dave is Joe Barrena big brother and growing up in a Colombian family has taught Dave the love for his culture and background, especially coffee! Dave's background is in sales and customer service where he has over 16 years experience in, so you know you are in good hands when working with Dave. Dave hopes to bring you the love of Colombian culture with one cup of Colombian coffee at a time!
